The location was excellent, just a few meters from the Casino. The concierge service was top-notch. The La Vistamar restaurant provided an excellent dining experience.

The service at this hotel was excellent. From the smooth check-in to the friendly and welcoming staff, everything was top-notch. The room was super comfortable and clean, with a stunning view of the port from the small balcony. The hotel facilities, including the spa and restaurant, were exceptional.

A memorable experience at Hermitage. During my stay at Hermitage, I was warmly welcomed by Gabriella, who upgraded me as a loyal member. She gave me a tour of the hotel and showed me to my exquisite room with a stunning terrace overlooking the harbor. The breakfasts were superb and the Cristal bar was a favorite spot. Alexandre, the bartender, mixed wonderful cocktails and poured generous amounts of champagne. I also appreciated the late check-out they kindly granted me. Gabriella, who checked me out, was once again kind and entertaining. Every member of the staff, especially Gabriella and Alex, went above and beyond. my time at Hermitage was absolutely magnificent and I can't think of a better place on earth to stay. Thank you all for a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back.

the friendly and attentive staff provided exceptional service, ensuring a pleasant check, in experience and even offering an upgrade to a suite. the breathtaking view from the room added to the overall enjoyment. the exquisite breakfast at a renowned restaurant with a buffet selection and made, to, order options was a delightful start to the day.
Regrettably, my experience at the hotel was marred by a few issues. Upon arrival, there was an unpleasant smell in the initial room assigned to us, leading to a room change.

This wonderful, luxury hotel is located in a beautiful classic area, right in the center of Monte Carlo. It has a perfect location, with easy access to the beach club and the Monaco beach club. The rooms are large and comfortable, with all the luxury amenities you could ask for. The service is top-notch, with friendly and professional staff at the reception desk. The breakfast buffet is delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel also has amazing facilities, including an indoor pool and an outdoor patio. One of the highlights is the stunning view of the Monte Carlo marine.
Some guests reported minor issues with the spa and mini bar charges, which were promptly resolved by the attentive staff.

Staying in this remarkable venue gave me an incredible luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities such as the indoor swimming pool and the spa lounge were a dream come true. the sun terrace and the outdoor swimming pool were perfect spaces to relax in after long days of exploring the area. the remarkable service provided by the staff made me feel like royalty.
